Fit Kallio gym was established on December 1, 2017. The fitness center itself has been operating at this location since 1995, previously as a gym named Silver Gym Helsinki. We are a low-threshold gym where everyone is welcome, regardless of their training background or fitness level. Our motto is customer first, and we continuously strive to improve our services by listening to feedback from our customers.

We are happy to help new customers get started as needed. The gym's equipment selection includes the best devices and brands found. The gym equipment is user-friendly and designed to suit beginners, seniors, and those who have been training longer. You will find equipment that meets your level of requirements and goals. We also have a sauna and a solarium!

At Fit Kallio, you can crown your workout with a sauna every day, available in both of the newly renovated changing rooms.

Gym Price List

We do not tie you to a long-term membership. Everyone trains on the terms that best suit them. You can train with an ongoing 24/7 gym card for €39.90/4 weeks or even just a single visit. You can see the prices for all exercise cards here. If it's your first time, check out our introductory offer for new customers.

Single Visit to the Gym

Even one workout is better than none at all. If gym training suits your needs only occasionally, you can also train with us using an affordable single visit fee of €10.

Additionally, we have products from Normann, Eleiko, Hammer Strength, and Life Fitness, a few robust specialty machines from HC Gym's collection, and equipment rarities you might not find at other chain gyms.

The American Cybex is one of the world's most respected equipment brands, holding over 90 gym equipment patents. Cybex gym equipment is known for its perfect motion paths.
