Hi, I'm Otso Kataja, and I work at Fit Kallio as a Physiotherapist and Personal Trainer.

As a coach, my main goal is to promote the health and functional ability of my clients and to get them committed to exercising. The planning and implementation of the training are always done in interaction with the client.

In my work, I keep the client at the center of everything. My goal is that my clients receive high-quality coaching, better than average results, and are satisfied with the service I provide. As a Personal Trainer, I use methods based on researched knowledge, aimed at improving the client's overall well-being and health.
